This appeal seeks review of an administrative action of appellee Public Service Commission (hereinafter PSC). Appellant Burlington Northern Railroad Company (hereinafter Burlington Northern) sought removal of a switch located in Sheridan. The PSC granted the request, but also ordered that the switch be moved to a safer location and that the present service to customers located on the industrial spur track served by the switch be maintained. Burlington Northern appeals that part of the PSCs order requiring the relocation of the switch.
